职位描述及要求：
- Tasks and Responsibilities职责：
1. Molding machine and material handling system operation and maintenance注塑机及进料系统操作和维护；
2. Molding process building & trouble shooting & optimization 注塑工艺设置，优化和问题解决；
3. Robot program and gripper assembly 机械手程序编写与抓具组装；
4. Tooling change and daily maintenance 换模及日常维护；
5. Assure daily production as planning 确保根据计划安排日常生产；
6. Responsible for the molding quality control, participate product quality improvement daily负责注塑质量控制，参与日常产品质量改进；
7. Responsible for improving equipment/person/production efficiency 负责优化设备，人员及生产效率；
8. Implement all company policies and procedures & standard working process 公司政策、方针、标准工作流程贯彻及维护；
9. Molding department document establish and maintenance 注塑相关文件简历和维护；
10. AS400/BDE and TS16949 system maintenance AS400/BDE及TS16949系统维护；
11. Responsible for cost control 负责成本控制；
12. Support and maintain safe work environment 支持和维护安全生产；
13. Responsible for maintaining proper employee relations 负责维持良好的员工关系；
14. Cooperate and work closely with other department colleague 与其他部门同事的紧密合作和配合；
15. 5S for molding area 注塑区5S管理；
16. Training new molding people 培训新员工；
17. Continues Improvement on daily work 日常工作的持续改进；
18. Other tasks assigned by superior 领导安排的其他任务。
Requirements要求：
1. At lease college degree 本科及以上学历；
2. Over 5 years working experience for molding 5年以上注塑管理工作经验；
3. Familiar with Engel molding machine 熟悉Engel注塑机；
4. Skilled in robot program 有机械手编程能力；
5. Be available for flexible working time 适应灵活的工作时间；
6. Fluent in English 英语流利。
